All rental package pricing will include shipping and insurance plus a return label for your return.
You have 3 days to cancel your rental order for a full refund. Otherwise, only store credit will be available.
You may request a helmet and/or laser as an additional option but must be ordered by sending us an email or calling (877) 659-9174.
Before your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing an ITAR Compliance form and a CC Authorization form, to be filled out and sent back to us.
Rental returns need to be shipped the first business day after your end date. Each day late will be an additional 100.00.
All damage claims will be charged immediately upon return and inspection. Questions about damage costs please contact us.

By using this website and purchasing any available products such as night vision devices and accessories, you are aware that a 20% cancellation fee will be processed and deducted from your refund. You may use your cancellation fee towards another purchase from Core Vision Industries. Store credit will expire 180 days after cancellation.
Core Vision Industries does not except back physically damaged devices or products. Please do not accept damaged deliveries by mail carrier as contents inside may be damaged as well. Core Vision Industries must be notified within 72 hours of the delivery. Each claim will be investigated and the outcome is determined on a claim by claim basis. If the reasons for return, exchange or refund doesn’t meet our company’s return policy Core Vision Industries can not accept back your device or product and a refund will not be issued.
