With its ability to house (4) AA batteries you’ll find that this unit gives off a 50+ hour run time and works with any device that houses a LEMO port but may void warranty if used other than with the GPNVG, AN/PVS31, BNVD 1531, AN/AVS 6/9/10 and AN/PVS23. We find the battery pack is extremely useful for long backpacking trips or for the most extensive adventures.
